ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENTS
Ruhnke Engineering PLLC (RE) , formerly part of Eisenbach and Ruhnke Engineerig PC, has completed numerous Phase - 1 and Phase-2 Investigations to support Due Diligence for property transfer, financing, aquistions, and project development needs. Mark Ruhnke of RE has been established ties with local and regional financial institutions with regards to providing environmental site assessments for commercial property transfers and refinancing.
