Environmental Assessments
Phase -1 Environmental Assessments
RE performs Phase 1 - Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for financial institutions, private investors, real estate purchases, to satisfy "Due Diligence" for assessment of potential environmental contamination. RE shall determine if any Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) exist at the Site. Our Phase I studies support financing, real estate transactions, and brownfields cleanups. RE follows ASTM Standards ASTM E1527-21, and USPA 4OCFR Part 312

RE's Air Quality Studies address building occupant and owner's concerns of poor or unhealthy air quality. Around 95% of the time complaints are real.
RE has completed hundreds of air quality assessments for educational institutions and private entities, and has developed solutions to correct the conditions.
Vapor Intrusion and and Radon Mitigation
Soil Vapor and Radon Mitigation
At RE we have working experience in assessing vapor intrusion in commercial, industrial and multi-family buildings in New York State. Based on findings we can determine impact, health risks and need for mitigation. If needed, RE can develop cost effective mitigation solutions using state of the art technology.
